Alpine PDX 5 Amplifier Review

alipine pdx-5 amplifierThe Alpine PDX 5 is a great choice if you are only looking to buy only one car amp.  This is a 5 channel that offers 75 watts 4 ways to your car speakers and 300 watts of power your subwoofer.  Now this is not the choice for you if you are looking for a very load car stereo system, but its perfect for the average person.  With a MSRP of only $650.00 this is a cheap way to power 4 mid range speakers and or highs and a subwoofer.  Depending on your systems wiring this amp may also give your more wiring options with its ability to put out the same power at both 2 and 4 ohms.  The Alpine PDX-5 has to be one of my favorite amps of all times.  The PDX-5 also has the stackable design of the PDX series.  This amplifier is also very easy to setup with all the terminals on one side.  I have installed the PDX-5 more than a few times and have always been happy with the results.  Let me know what you thing of the amp.
